Southland C-9 School District is seeking a qualified candiate for the position of Pre-K Classroom Aide for the 2025-2026 school year.  Required:  36 college credit hours or a passing score on the Paraprofessional or ParaPro Assessment (MEGA).  Duties include but are not limited to:  Assisting teachers in classroom instruction and care of students, maintaining student confidentiality and have an understanding of student learning.  Additionally, this aide will be assisting teachers in maintaining discipline and other functions, as well as collaborating effectively as a team member to support students and classroom learning and activities.  Communicating and working effectively with peers, classroom teachrs and administration is also an expectation.  Interested applicants should go to the district's hiring website, http://southland.tedk12.com/hire to obtain an application.  Questions should be directed to Mrs. Tara Crafton, Elementary Principal, 573-654-3574 or tcrafton@southland.k12.mo.us
